About Justine
Founder | Speech Language Pathologist
I’ve been practicing as an SLP for nearly 10 years, and I truly love what I do. I spent four years at NAPA Center, where I had the opportunity to work with children with complex communication needs and medical complexities. I now have my own private practice, Speech Spot LA, where I continue to support a wide range of pediatric clients, young adults, and their families.
One of the things that is most important to me as a clinician is making therapy fun, meaningful, and connection-based. Rather than expecting my clients to simply follow my plan, I strive to join their world and build therapy around their interests, strengths, and needs. I love getting silly and goofy, being a kid myself when appropriate, and creating opportunities for genuine connection - because connection is wildly important when it comes to communication.
I also love working with families as a whole. Parent coaching is a big passion of mine, and I believe that empowering parents and caregivers can make such a meaningful difference in a child’s communication journey.
Although I consider myself a generalist SLP, I currently have a particular interest in AAC, orofacial myofunctional therapy, and social-pragmatic language.
When I’m not being an SLP, I’m a mom to two crazy and wonderful kids—a 5-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old son. I love music (singing and playing piano), seeing live music, trying new restaurants, and traveling whenever I can!

About Niloo
Speech Language Pathologist
I'm a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist (SLP), and I've been practicing in the greater Los Angeles area for nearly 11 years. My clinical work has centered on learning and growing alongside LA's neurodivergent community. I've found my niche supporting autistic children and children with complex communication and medical needs.
I'm especially passionate about AAC (augmentative and alternative communication) and early intervention. Communication is so much more than speech, and I'll work with you and your family on finding ways to connect and build meaningful interactions with one another.
I also teach undergraduate speech-language pathology courses at CSULB, including Introduction to AAC and Cultural Competency and Behavior Management in Speech-Language Pathology.
Outside of my work, I'm a thriving cancer survivor with a deep love for movement and living life fully. I'm a proud dog mom to a 12 year old pup, and I love camping, hiking, and traveling the world whenever I can. I'm Iranian-American, grew up in Dubai, and am bilingual in English and Farsi. I find diverse, multicultural spaces beautiful, and I strive to support my whole community as best I can.
I'm excited to be a part of Speech Spot LA. We are here to support you. Come by and say hi!

About Meg
Speech Language Pathologist
I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist who works with children, teens, and young adults to build communication skills that support everyday life. My experience includes early language development, speech production, social communication, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
I take a play-based, individualized approach to therapy, incorporating each client’s interests to make sessions engaging, meaningful, and fun. I also believe in empowering families through education and practical strategies that support carryover and generalization of skills beyond therapy sessions.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outside with my husband and our dog, Alfred, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
